Work Description / Role 

• Create, implement, and maintain effective growth strategies that are tailored to meet both financial success and customer satisfaction targets of the organisation.  
• Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to boost profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong industry knowledge which includes stakeholder analysis and customer aspirations (schools, teachers, parents, businesses)  
• Research the market to identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities  
• Understand the stakeholder persona and their requirements to pitch an appropriate solution matching their objectives  
• Own end-to-end life cycle of partners, including onboarding, execution of the proposal and nurturing long term relationships  
• Assess overall company performance against objectives with the aim of producing insights for business growth  
• Serve as a bridge between the Sales and Technical teams to translate business requirements into tangible tasks for them to action on  
• Generate new leads for CSR, ESG, and Social Value contributions to schools leveraging the CSR, ESG, and Social Values verticals of partner corporates    
• Acquire a profound understanding of the organization to provide demonstrations to local business, experts, CSR heads, and corporates  
• Manage and assist the businesses/individuals on the platform grow their presence with the school  

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:   

• Desired – Proven experience in leadership and management roles (Internships and Projects included)  
• Exceptional communication, organisational and leadership skills   
• In-depth knowledge of various business processes and strategy development   
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)   
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-paced environment   
• Analytical and creative mindset geared towards problem solving and coming up with innovative solutions   
• Outstanding relationship management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders   
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to contribute to a team, offering and receiving feedback   
• Desired – Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM system (HubSpot)

• Candidates having a go-getter attitude with a drive to work in a fast-paced startup and able to manage difficult situations and think on their feet.
• Candidates must be comfortable with remote, UK working hours.
