Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Veranda RACE. As a Business Development Executive, you will be crucial in promoting our company and creating impactful promotional events within colleges all over Karnataka. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with college authorities, students, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, increase student engagement, and attract potential customers to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target colleges throughout Karnataka to organize promotional events for Veranda RACE’s offerings.

2. Plan and execute on-campus promotional activities, workshops, seminars, and presentations to showcase Veranda RACE’s benefits and unique features to students and college faculty.

3. Develop and maintain a database of college contacts, including key decision-makers, student coordinators, and faculty members, to facilitate communication and collaboration.

4. Franchise Expansion, arrange meetings with prospects.

5. Document all Pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM System.

6. Build strong relationships with college authorities, professors, and student bodies to gain support and cooperation for organizing promotional events on campus.

7. Travel extensively to various colleges within Karnataka to conduct promotional events, workshops, and seminars, and represent Veranda RACE professionally during these events.

8. Maintain accurate records of all activities, expenses, and outcomes related to college promotions, and submit regular reports to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences, especially college students.

3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish rapport with college authorities and student communities.

4. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and communication purposes.

5. Passionate about education and a strong belief in the value of Veranda RACE’s offerings.

Note: This role will involve extensive travel within Karnataka, and the candidate must be flexible to work on weekends or evenings, as required, to accommodate college event schedules.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
