Position Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in organizing and handling the end-to-end execution of trial classes on our platform. The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring that clients show up for demos and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Execution: Organize and manage the entire process of trial classes on our platform, from scheduling to follow-up.
• Client Engagement: Ensure that clients scheduled for trial classes attend and actively participate in the demo sessions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to understand their requirements and contribute to new client acquisition efforts.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and enhance the trial class execution process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to trial classes and client engagement to provide insights for improvement.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in Chennai, India.
• 6-day work week from Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
• 11 am to 8 pm
