Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Part-Time Home Teacher to provide academic support and guidance to students, either online or in person at the student’s place or the tutor’s place. This role involves assisting students in understanding and excelling in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Instruction: Plan and deliver effective lessons in subjects as required by the student.
Help students understand and master key concepts.
Adapt teaching methods to suit the student’s learning style and pace.

Academic Support: Assist with homework, assignments, and test preparation.
Identify areas of improvement and develop customized study plans.
Monitor and track student progress to assess improvement.

Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with students and their parents/guardians.
Provide feedback on student performance and areas of improvement.
Address any questions or concerns regarding the student’s education.

Time Management: Create a structured learning schedule that accommodates both the student and tutor’s availability.
Ensure punctuality for in-person sessions (if applicable) and online sessions.

Resources and Materials: Select and utilize appropriate teaching materials, textbooks, and resources.
Keep up-to-date with curriculum changes and educational resources.

Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest teaching methods and educational trends.
Attend relevant workshops or training sessions as needed to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area or a related field (for academic subjects).
• Teaching certification or experience is a plus.
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to work with students of various ages and skill levels.
• Reliable and punctual.

Working Conditions:
