As a Torchbearer of Change You Will Be Responsible For: 

1. Advocacy & Diplomacy: Be the embodiment of Sampark Foundation, ensuring pivotal alliances with government entities, NGOs, and community groups, championing policies that echo our ethos. 
2. Strategic Alliances: Nurture invaluable relationships with top-tier government officials, ensuring our mission and vision is in harmony with both Central and State Government visions. 
3. Program Captaincy: Lead the program team, creating an environment of growth, achievement, and harmony, perfectly tuned to program needs. 
4. Champion of Educators: Supervise Teacher Training and ensure Quality Enhancement, instilling a culture of unparalleled excellence and evolution. 
5. Insight Architect: Design robust program monitoring mechanisms, transforming raw data into strategic insights, refining our pathway to greater change. 
6. Community Liaison: Elevate our program’s stature and trust within the community, weaving a bond of mutual growth with all stakeholders. 
7. Project Maestro: Helm special projects with unmatched precision, ensuring flawless coordination and realization. 

 Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Required: 

1. A Master’s degree in a related field, coupled with 7-12 years of rich experience in program management, ideally in the educational sphere. 
2. Demonstrated leadership prowess, with a natural knack for guiding and nurturing teams. 
3. Bilingual mastery in English and Hindi, with the spirit of adventure to traverse across Uttarakhand for 10-15 days monthly. 
4. A tech aficionado, always eager to infuse technology into work dynamics.
