ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must visit all the branches once in a week.
• During this visit – observation should be done from the assembly time to end of the day. For example from uniforms, discipline, PSP/PDP, Teacher Diary, regular classes, conducting surprise tests, conducting meetings and should give feedback to the Principal at the end of the day.
• Monitor and report on teacher performance.
• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on CBSE/Cambridge curricula.
• Checking PTM Feedback books, talking to parents if required.
• Checking the layouts (Pace book, activities etc.,) given are done accurately or not.
• Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching and learning
• Conducting orientation(workshops) daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
• Providing guidance and counselling to teachers
• Filling up the gaps (if any).
• Interview and hire school staff
• Need to take classes when and where necessary.
• Undergoing workshops from CBSE Board or any other relevant authorities to gain knowledge on current educational trends.
• Should be ready to extend support at any point of time.
