Required TRAINING CENTRE HEAD for a company into training and staffing services having 1000’s of employees on Pan India Basis.
Job Location: NOIDA, UP
DESIRED PROFILE:
Candidate should have 5 years exp. Of handling Government funded training projects.
Job Profile:
Manage- DDU-GK, PMKVY, NSDC, Other Special Training Projects, Govt. funded training programmes.
Involved in Complete training cycle- Mobilization-Counselling-Training-OJT-Placement.
Industry collaboration for OJT/Placement of the trained candidates.
Uploading candidates documents on government website and handling complete documentation of the project with government authorities like NSDC, training & assessment agencies.
Travelling to multiple states of implementing & mobilizing students for various Skill Development projects.
Leading project trainers team, scheduling the training and allotting the trainers.
Giving training to trainers and doing periodical training audits.
Responsible for analyzing training delivery by mapping it with the productivity using Kirk Patrick Model
( Pre & Post business analysis)
Prepare progress reports on a daily, weekly or as-needed basis and Validate, update and maintain
all project documents.
Attending the Project Review Meeting with SRLM and AAP Team, Managing Gov. Portals DBMS
Work closely with academic leadership to ensure high quality delivery of programs as per project
guidelines
Setting up of the training center , making proper documentation by signing SoW, MoU Clearance of
Due Diligence Report, Deployment of manpower
Forming of the batches, Doing Q Team Inspection analyzing SDC inspection report and maintain it
Set up systems for key operational standards & processes. Provide detailed reporting on ground
operations quality to head office/ academics.
Designing Training Programme & Content for conducting Training in various departments.
Planning Trainers Engagement and preparation of Monthly Training Calendar.
Provide Training and Analysing Effectiveness of Training Programme Conducted.
Assessment Tests Preparation and Evaluating results of Participants.
Coordinate with Seniors of Industry to impart technical training sessions as & when required.
Circulating awareness knowledge emails to all Attend / participate in training programmes.
Placement Readiness of Students Participate in mock interviews / placement readiness of students
Industry interventions – Guest lectures, meetings with placement partners etc.
