Key Responsibilities:

1 Customized Training Programs:

  • Develop and deliver customized training programs aligned with the company’s goals and requirements.
  • Tailor content to address specific soft skill and aptitude gaps within the organization.

2 Soft Skill Enhancement:

  • Identify and assess student soft skills deficiencies through surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and implement training modules aimed at improving communication, teamwork, leadership, and other critical soft skills.

3 Aptitude Development:

  • Evaluate student aptitude levels and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Create and execute training initiatives to strengthen problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.

4 Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure active participation and comprehension among participants.

5 Feedback and Evaluation:

  • Collect feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continuously refine training content and delivery.
  • Assess the impact of training on participants’ skills and job performance.

6 Alignment with Company Goals:

  • Align training programs with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring soft skills and aptitude training contribute to achieving specific outcomes.

7 Monitoring Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging methods in soft skill and aptitude training.

8 Behavioral Change Tracking:

  • Monitor changes in students behavior and performance resulting from soft skills and aptitude training.

9 Cultural Integration:

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and skills development within the organization.
