Job Summary: Euro School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Communication Skills Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in students to equip them for success in academics and real-world situations. The Communication Skills Teacher will design engaging lessons, develop curriculum, and employ various teaching techniques to improve students’ language proficiency and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive and engaging communication skills curriculum that aligns with Euro School’s educational standards and objectives.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver effective and dynamic lessons to students, fostering strong communication skills through activities, exercises, and projects.
• Language Proficiency: Improve students’ proficiency in English and potentially other languages, ensuring they can read, write, speak, and understand effectively.
• Oral Communication: Teach students public speaking, debate, and presentation skills, enabling them to express themselves confidently.
• Written Communication: Develop students’ writing skills, including essay writing, creative writing, and effective business communication.
• Listening Skills: Enhance students’ listening and comprehension skills by incorporating audio-visual materials and interactive activities.
• Assessment: Regularly assess students’ progress through examinations, projects, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Individualized Instruction: Provide additional support and guidance to students who may require extra help with their communication skills.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that encourages effective learning.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends to continuously enhance your teaching methods.
• Parent Communication: Engage with parents to provide updates on students’ progress, offer recommendations for improvement, and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in English is preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication.
• Teaching certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience as a Communication Skills Teacher or a related role in an educational setting.
• Excellent command of the English language and proficiency in other languages, if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Salary: ₹10,723.97 – ₹42,058.85 per month
