EDUCATION –Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 0-1 YEAR

SKILLS SET

Curriculum Implementation: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons in alignment with the approved curriculum and learning objectives.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation, discussion, and respect among students.

Student Assessment: Assess and evaluate students’ progress through regular quizzes, assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.

Individualized Learning: Identify and address the specific learning needs and abilities of individual students, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

Language Proficiency: Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English, fostering their communication abilities.

Literature Exploration: Introduce students to a variety of literary genres, authors, and works to enhance their appreciation for literature and critical thinking.

Technology Integration: Incorporate relevant educational technology and resources into lessons to enhance the learning experience.

Classroom Resources: Select and utilize appropriate textbooks, instructional materials, and supplementary resources to support learning objectives.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding students’ progress, performance, and areas for improvement.

Professional Development: Stay updated with teaching methods, educational trends, and curriculum developments through ongoing professional development and training.

Extracurricular Activities: Participate in or lead extracurricular activities, such as debate clubs, literary societies, or language-related events.
