Designing compelling product experiences based on needs

• Clearly communicating designs and specifications to empower the engineering team

• Working closely with the product and engineering teams to design awesome customer experiences based on user and implementation feedback

• Maintaining consistent visual standards and keeping the living style guide up to date

• Reviewing features implemented by engineering and providing guidance to ensure pixel-perfect experiences

• Creative Thinking & Problem Solving

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and Brainstorming /Ideation techniques

• Ability to judge the technical feasibility of design concepts (when implemented using web technologies)

• Help define goals and tasks, delegates work effectively and set priorities (wherever required).

• Actively manage and prioritize work in order to deliver designs in a timely manner.

Key Skillsets / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interaction Design or Graphic

Design.

• 4+ years of experience in UI UX design

• Proven track record of building and mentoring a design team

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the

web

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other

graphic design software

• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

• Strong analytical skills

• Time Management

• Good interpersonal skills

• Leadership skills
