Position: Assistant Manager – Business Development
Reporting to: Vice President – Sales
Experience: Minimum 1 year+ in direct sales in education or EdTech preferred. Freshers may also apply.
Education: Graduate
Salary: Up to 3,60,000 PA + Incentives
Responsibilities:
· Generate leads by identifying potential schools and institutions through online sources and databases.
· Conduct engaging visits to schools, presenting HackberryKids’ solutions to teaching staff.
· Proactively schedule appointments with school principals, teachers, and stakeholders.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure, collaborating with internal teams.
· Utilize industry insights to enhance product positioning and tailor sales strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and sales progress.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-year experience in direct sales in education/training or EdTech.
· Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
