We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Data Analyst to join our Portfolio Insights team in the OCIO vertical. This is hybrid role requires on-site presence for 3 days per week. 

The core mission of the Portfolio Insights team is the provide actionable insights to the senior leadership team to help achieve technology goals across pillars and portfolio.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating, and reviewing on a timely basis. 
• Supporting the Technology Business Management team with understanding and articulating data into meaningful reporting across our Digital & Technology strategy and time reporting. 
• Identifying, gathering, analysing data, and making their insights accessible to the company through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables, and reports.  
• Primary lead for importing, transforming, and rationalizing data from systems of record such as Oracle EBS (Fusion, Time Recording) and ServiceNow. 
• Good to have working experience in Tableau dashboard creation. 
• Strong to expert-level skills and experience in formulaic logic such as MS Excel if statements, lookup functions, pivot tables, macros, etc. 
• Ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner. 
• 6 – 8 years’ experience with data modelling, business analytics, cost accounting, and finance concepts for a technology firm or large organization with a complex technology infrastructure 
• Relevant experience 4+ yrs 
• Creating and managing dashboards, using insights from data gathering to build advanced visualizations and insights (Tableau)  
• Working on adhoc elements of general business management activities needed with the focus of streamlining and fully automating tasks going forward. 
• Previous experience working with scripting, report building, etc.  

What you will have: 

• Strong data modelling skills with solid BI experience using, Excel, Tableau etc. 
• Experience with large data sets and the ability to articulate these into data visualisations and presentations 
• Proven experience of business partnering with multiple stakeholders 
• Workflow experience / Power Automate (MS Forms / Smartsheet’s SharePoint) 
• Prior experience manipulating data sets 
• Relevant 4-5 years’ experience working with MNCs 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferable in Business Analytics.
