Designation – SAP Hybris Developer
Responsibilities:
Work on SAP Commerce projects working on new implementations or supporting existing Continuous Improvement projects
Be assigned tickets from Jira to add new functionality to the application or to fix defects in current features
Be able to communicate well within the team both face-to-face and via electronic means, e. g. Slack, email, Jira. There may be a need to communicate with the client via Jira to get more information about a ticket
Work closely with the Tech Lead to ensure that tickets are described correctly and feedback if they have suggestions for improvements to the implementation
Be willing to own a feature through the development life-cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, testing and post-release support
Review pull requests for peers and feedback with any comments and suggestions
Be aware of current coding standards and write code that passes Sonar quality gates
Write unit tests when appropriate and endeavour to achieve full coverage of new code
To develop a base store in SAP Hybris framework from end to end
Knowledge of Hybris Order Management and Hybris Data Hub integration
Experience in Spring, Hibernate and other JEE technologies frameworks
Troubleshooting and bug fixing issues
Understanding the current Hybris system implementation and customization
Experience in Hybris Core, Hybris eCommerce, Hybris 6, Data Hub
Integration of Hybris using OCC Web services with systems like SAP Hybris Marketing, C4C and Data Hub
Experience in J2EE, Spring MVC, JSP, integrating various payment providers, SVN,GIT, B2C /B2B Hybris accelerator
Some knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks
Knowledge on Hybris ORM, WCMS, Backoffice, Cockpits, SOLR search engine
Expert in Hybris B2B and B2C Accelerators
Expert in Hybris Workflow and Task management
Expert in the catalog, order management, promotions, vouchers and coupons
Experience in working with JSPs, Java scripts, JQuery
Knowledge of SOLR or similar search technology
Knowledge of Agile development processes
Experience in Source control using GIT etc.
Experience working on JIRA and Confluence
Hands-on front-end design and development experience in SAP Hybris multichannel Commerce platform (B2C and B2B platforms). Deep understanding of B2B and B2C processes across several industries.
Should have designed and implemented multiple solutions.
Exposure to Agile Project development practices. Knowledge on Scrum process.
Proficient in all areas of software development lifecycle. Works proactively and independently, with quality.
Good understanding of the various Digital Technologies
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and maintenance
Qualification & Skills Requirements
Experienced with ITSM and ITIL Framework
Experienced with Agile Scrum
Datahub expertise is required
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, HTML, CSS, Javascript and e-commerce web applications
Familiarity with API development and use of integrations from other platforms
Familiarity with Headless Integration
Skilled in client communication and management
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including knowledge transfer, team-building, and mentoring
