PROFILE INTRODUCTION

An IT (Information Technology) Teacher is responsible for educating students on various aspects of information technology, including computer science, programming, hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and other related topics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching and Planning:

• Develop and deliver IT-related curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Instruct students in computer programming, software development, hardware maintenance, networking, cybersecurity, and other IT-related subjects.
• Design hands-on activities, projects, and assessments to enhance students’ understanding and practical skills in IT.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology to incorporate relevant and cutting-edge content into the curriculum.

2. Classroom Management:

• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are engaged, motivated, and respectful of one another

3. Evaluation and Feedback:

• Assess student performance through exams, quizzes, projects, and assignments.

4. Technological Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of IT concepts, programming languages, software applications, and hardware company

5. Professional Development:

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and online courses, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

6. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, grades, and performance.

7. Safety and Ethics:

• Educate students about ethical and safe practices in IT, including cybersecurity, online safety, and responsible technology use.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is often required.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, programming languages, software applications, and hardware components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
