The objective of this role is to recruit & train teachers at scale in delivering an excellent online classroom experience.

Responsibilities:
Create teacher hiring plan along with teacher operations team and HR

Shortlist candidates and conduct video interviews to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements

Identify training needs – content related or behavioural – and train teachers to deliver excellent classroom experience to students

Ensure the teachers are getting training to help them meet their KRAs

Engaging the teachers towards increasing their time spent with Codingal

Ensure the teachers are being adequately rewarded and that consequences are also being meted based on teacher KRAs

Upskill current set of teachers to become better teachers through continuous training, mentoring, and regular audits

Follow-up hiring leads to complete the hiring and training process to onboard them on the Codingal teaching platform

Eligibility criteria:
Background in Computer Science

Prior coding experience mandatory – either through professional work experience or through teaching coding

Prior training/recruitment experience preferred

All demo classes will be done online and require a native comfort with technology

Effective oral and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Flexibility with a strong sense of ownership for work

Max CTC: INR 3-4 LPA (Plus incentives)
