We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellor to join our team. As an Career Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to prospective students throughout the admissions process. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven experience as an Admission Counsellor or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of training programs and career opportunities
Ability to understand and address students’ concerns and queries
Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their goals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and provide them with accurate information about our training programs
• Assist students in understanding the admission requirements and application process
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and telephonic conversations with prospective students
• Assess students’ qualifications, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable training programs
• Provide guidance to students on course selection, eligibility criteria, and career prospects
• Maintain a database of student inquiries, applications, and admissions
• Coordinate with the admissions team to streamline the application and enrollment process
• Generate reports and analyze data related to student enrollment and conversion
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and industry partners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹11,500.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
