Overview- We are currently looking for a Program Manager to work directlywith the Program Lead and the senior leadership team The candidatewill be expected to establish, grow and lead relationships withsenior officials and stakeholders while being a part a small,high-performance team with collaborative workculture

1. Conductingregular field visits , calling parents andteachers

2. Communicating regularly with allkey stakeholders – BSA/ DPO, BEOs/ CDPOs,etc.

3. Conducting regular teachertraining

4. Taking ownership of theprojects/workstreams and managing itend-to-end

5. Performing other relevant dayto day operational tasks

6. Developing andmaintaining relations with multiple governmentofficials

1. Weeklyupdates and Quarterly reports

2. Allcommunication requirements and protocols

3.Districtwide implementation of RL’sprograms

4. Being a team player andsupporting theteam

1. Abilityto liaison with government systems on a regularbasis

2. Ability to take leadership inambiguous situations, even whenunsupervised

3. Seamless communication withyour managers and colleagues

4. Closealignment with RL’s core values andprinciples.

5. Mission driven, enthusiasticand optimistic – committed totransformation.

6. Experience of 1-3 years inthe developmentsector.
