Job Description
Experience: 5-10 years in retail industry
Job Overview: A Retail Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs for retail staff, including sales associates, customer service representatives, and store managers. The goal is to enhance employee performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills to drive sales and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Create and update training programs and materials to align with the company’s objectives, product offerings, and industry best practices.
- Skills Development: Conduct training sessions on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational processes to enhance employee skills.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess employee performance through observation, role-playing, and evaluations. Provide feedback and coaching to address areas that need improvement.
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions through various methods, such as workshops, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of new products, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date training on offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure that employees are aware of and adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from employees and management to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage technology and training tools to enhance the effectiveness of training programs, including e-learning platforms and training software.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and certifications for all employees.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and operations, to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust training methods accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in the retail industry, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in using training software and technology.

Offered salary: 30,000 to 50,000 Per Month + Other benefits: Statutory + Leave Encashment + Yearly bonus
