- As an Instructional Designer cum eLearning Developer at RBL, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing online learning materials that meet the needs of our learners
- You will work closely with subject matter experts to training managers to create interactive and impactful eLearning courses
- Your expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and eLearning technologies will be essential to our success.
- Instructional Designer eLearning Developer is a blended profile and will require the candidate to primarily contribute to content creation to automate the training on LMS.
- To be able to create storyboards and also develop videos on authoring tools or video editing softwares like Adobe premier pro. etc.
- Deliver high-quality content within the deadlines.
- Design content on authoring tools and publish them onto LMS.
- Have the flair to understand the products or processes of a company in any industry/ domain, and present lucid content of the same.
- Ability to work in a team/good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and goals.
- Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics.
- Utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive modules.
- Develop assessment tools (quizzes, tests, assignments) to measure learner comprehension.
- You will be responsible for developing video concepts/storyboards, executing, writing scripts, and working with the L&D team to produce content in different formats.
- Brainstorm concepts and storyboards.
- Generate and report MIS for each project.
- Monitor and review content performance – analyze content trends and make necessary changes to the rolling plan for the business.
- Participate in planning meetings to develop presentation outlines and draft content
- Edit and produce video content
- Perform rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and usability.
- Research best practices of E-Learning content development in adjacent industries & find opportunities to implement the same at RBL.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization (preferably Instructional design or educational technology)
- 2-4+ years of experience as an eLearning developer, content developer, instructional designer, and script writer, preferably in a corporate training environment for sales training
- Proficiency with instructional design software & basic understanding of adobe creative suit, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop etc.
- Should have a working knowledge of editing & video content creation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently with set deadlines and keep multiple projects on track at the same time
- Creative mindset and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
