Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar we are looking for a Client Success
Partner – Digital Advertising (m/f/d) to strengthen our account management/client
success team within the ad:s department to be based ideally in our office in India
(Mumbai) or Remote.
THE ROLE:
To support our Account Management/Client Success Management team that is helping
our clients to manage and improve their programmatic, paid social and paid search
campaigns, we are looking for a junior account manager who is willing to learn and grow
within the Digital Advertising environment while using Sportradar’s proprietary ad tech
stack.
THE CHALLENGE:
Actively manage clients day-to-day
Own the internal alignment and coordination between Sales, Media Buying and
Product
Plan, organize, and execute all relevant account management topics
Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clients
Prepare client facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational
presentations
Monitor client relevant KPIs to take action with internal and external stakeholders
Document client-related activities in our CRM systems
YOUR PROFILE:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or
Economics
Experience in Account Management and/or Digital Marketing (preferably in the
AdTech space)
First experience with Programmatic Advertising and knowledge of platforms like DV360, Tradedesk, Adform, GDN.
Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs like CTR, CPM, CPA
Passion to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
Analytical and operational strength to lead commercial decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment & have experience working with International Clients
Good communication and presentation skills
Very good English skills
Preferred:
Understanding of the sports betting eco-system is a plus
Hindi language knowledge will be considered as a strong plus
