Designation :- Travel Counsellor

Location :- Nashik Maharashtra

Salary :- 10,000 To 20,000 Per Month

Education :- Any Graduate OR (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred).

Experience :-

• Total Experience : 2 Years of experience in travel industry
• Minimum Experience : 1 Year Proven experience as a Travel Counselor or in a similar role within the travel industry.

Job Overview: As a Travel Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients turn their travel aspirations into reality. You will provide expert advice, create customized travel itineraries, and ensure a seamless booking experience. The ideal candidate is a travel enthusiast with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. Provide personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences.

• Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries tailored to each client’s requirements. Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring a cohesive and enjoyable travel experience.

• Booking and Reservation Management: Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services on behalf of clients. Ensure accurate reservations, timely confirmations, and adherence to booking policies.

• Travel Documentation: Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.

Keep clients informed of travel restrictions, entry requirements, and safety guidelines.

• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance in emergencies or unexpected situations.

• Sales and Revenue Generation: Promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers to maximize sales and enhance client experiences.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, tourism trends, and travel-related technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and travel booking software is a plus.
• Languages :- English, Hindi and Marathi.
