• Align with Cluster Group Vision, Mission, Strategy and deploy in the Org below
• Develop strategies & goals for the respective Group and implement
• Resource Planning based on TBP, Recruitment and Supply
• Responsible for Associate Development & Engagement
• GPD, ASR, Training & Competency Evaluation
• Strategy Dev and implementation for Re-Skilling & Up-Skilling of resources under the Group
• CDD, CptM, GPD, Recruitment, Associate Engagement and Satisfaction
• Academy & University connect
• Responsible for

New-Age technology Competency development based on inputs from respective Project team / KAM

• Define KPIs and Reporting for all functions
• Collaboration with stake holders (BUs, HR, Outsourcing, etc.,)
