1. Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training. 2. NHT training 3. Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training 4. Maintaining Data and MIS as per training BPMS / requirement 5. Supports intra & inter function collaboration. 6. Proactively best practices ideas from across locations to add value. 7. Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function. 8. Conducts Need analysis and shares feedback with stakeholders. 9. Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets 10. Providing Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills

1. Excellent communication skills 2. Voice & Accent Training working experience. 3. Soft skills training working experience. 4. Facilitation skills 5. Good Interpersonal Skills 6. MS-Office working experience. 7. Flexibility to work in shifts
