Job Description
Job Role:
- The incumbent is expected to deliver trainings at various locations for following participants Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower and other critical profiles (as specified and informed by TMPVL)
- Complete the Man days of training prescribed by TMPVL
- Compile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic Audits
- Ensure that training coverage is in line with KPIs and Training Need Analysis
Enhance in-house Sales Training capabilities by upskilling the Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach) and TSMs (TMPVL)
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery
- Conduct Training of participants based on training needs identified for the assigned territory (local as well as central requirements)
- Trainings can be in form of Class room training (CRT), Virtual training (VLT), On the Job training (OJT), e-learning modules (through LMS), Coaching and Mentoring
Measuring Training Effectiveness
- Identify competency gaps – product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, customer experience for assigned manpower and work towards closing gaps through training
- Conduct role-plays, OJTs, audits and assessments of the assigned manpower (Pre-training and Post training effectiveness)
Training MIS and Database Management
- Preparation of Training Calendar coordinating with Regional and SHQ stakeholders as per std format
- Submit training coverage reports, assessment reports, audit reports and analysis as per std formats
