Job description: Visa Counselling

3C Immigration is a reputed Immigration Company in Overseas Education. We are looking for a qualified Student Visa Counsellor to support us in counselling, advising, and proceeding with the students’ admission queries and applications. They will provide one-on-one counselling to students, guide them through the admission process, and clear their doubts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To provide professional and high-quality counselling services to students who want to study in Canada by informing them about available courses and career opportunities

· Counselling students by email, telephone or face-to-face counselling

· Advice candidates regarding study programs and process them further

· Maintain contact with potential leads and include them in the relevant database

· Work toward attaining targets for leads, applications, and student finalizations

· Check and verify all the educational documents of the students and provide honest advice towards their application

· Ensure deadlines are met Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Student Visa Counsellor or relevant role

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.

· High school diploma or graduate in a relevant field

· Providing information and advice to clients on the visa application process, including eligibility requirements, documentation needed, and timelines.

· Assessing clients’ education, skills, work experience, and career goals to determine their suitability for different employment opportunities abroad.

· Identifying potential job openings and networking with employers to develop employment opportunities for clients.

· Providing guidance on resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation.

· Advising clients on cultural differences and customs in the countries they plan to work in.

· Staying up-to-date on changes to visa regulations and requirements, and advising clients accordingly

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
