Position Overview:
As a Shadow Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one support and assistance to students with special needs within a mainstream classroom setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these students have equal opportunities for learning and development, ultimately helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. Your compassionate and patient approach, along with your proficiency in English, will be essential in this role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 12th Pass (Intermediate) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A strong desire to work with students with special needs and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges with composure.
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and attend relevant training sessions as needed.
