JOB PROFILE/MISSION
Maintain in depth the knowledge of the condition of all plant equipment on a continuous basis.
Implement safety and environment regulations
Perform the planned inspection of all plant equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results, including safety checks.
In case of deviation, perform first analysis and define priorities for each action.
Collect historical data (using the human senses of smell, as well as advanced detection techniques)
Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule.
Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans (from supplier’s recommendation if existing), create and update the corresponding inspection job plans, in coordination with the planner
Inspect equipment / components or spare parts prior to introduce it into warehouse
Inspection includes running equipment / during shutdown and after maintenance
Carry out field inspections to clarify work order requests by others
Share with production / process patrollers the outcome of inspection.
Keep in file the information related to the execution of inspection (first level and specific)
Contribute to the RCA (Root Cause Analysis), recommending corrective actions. Participate in the reliability committee.
