This position is for KEDMAN Skilling Private Limited with business name as SkillEd India is a Joint Venture Company of Kunskapsskolan Education Sweden AB (“KED”) and Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (“MREI”) focused on Skill Development.

Location : Gurgoan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Milestone Monitoring:

Develop and maintain a system to track and manage program milestones, including curriculum

development, course delivery, and assessments.

Ensure programs stay on schedule and meet predefined milestones.

2. Curriculum Status Management:

Collaborate with curriculum developers and trainers to ensure that course materials and content are up- to-date and aligned with industry standards.

Regularly review and update curriculum documents as needed.

3. Assessment Result Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret assessment results to evaluate the effectiveness of skill development programs.

Identify areas of improvement and recommend adjustments to course content and delivery methods.

4. Feedback Collection and Analysis:

Develop mechanisms for gathering feedback from participants, trainers, and stakeholders about the skill development courses.

Analyze feedback data to make improvements in course design and delivery.

5. Impact Assessment:

Assess the impact of skill development courses on participants’ skills, employability, and career advancement.

Collaborate with external agencies, if necessary, to conduct impact studies and surveys.

6. Data Analytics:

Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from program-related data.

Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

7. Program Improvement Recommendations:

Based on data analysis and feedback, make recommendations for enhancing program content, delivery methods, and outcomes.

Collaborate with program developers and trainers to implement improvements.

8. Resource Management:

Manage and allocate resources efficiently to ensure program success.

Monitor and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

9. Stakeholder Communication:

Regularly communicate program updates, assessment results, and impact findings to relevant

stakeholders, including program participants, trainers, and management.
