State Govt of Karnataka and National Health Mission have signed up with us as their exclusive partner for Awareness of Perimenopause and Beyond, so many companies want to collaborate with us in selling menopause related products while we develop our own, the concept is catching like wildfire when we see our buzzing and active whatsapp community and the followers who are joining us in numbers ever day on social media, we could go on and on but more for a later in person conversation. We are looking for that ONE PERSON (preferably lady) who will take on the mantle of CEO and drive this forward with proper amplification of talk around menopause, build our online communities, drive our monetisation model while earning the trust and loyalty of the women whom we serve with our medically backed personalised solutions delivered using cutting edge AI backed App. Key to us is someone who is passionate about this space, knows how to work with start ups and in conserving their cash flows to stay alive and focussed taking heart from the fact that we have raised capital needed for the next few years.

Our preference would be if that special individual would show confidence in our business model and opt for a renumeration structure of a mix of Equity stake (and earn a bountiful when we get that unicorn status) and salary with the latter being as less a number as possible. If we get this special individual who is willing to work us on these terms we will be happy to offer the CO FOUNDER tag to that deserving individual.
