Marketing and Enrolments
- Identify and work towards optimizing the learner capacity for the Unit
- Conduct activities to acquire learners for the Center through local marketing, tie-ups, and other modes of learner acquisition
- Provide information and attend to inquiries on a timely basis to ensure enrolments to the Center
- Optimize Organic growth of learners in the Center through referrals
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute local activities and spread the visibility and branding of the Center in the area
- Identify local opportunities such as School tie-ups / other possibilities of increasing enrolments at the Center
- Maintain records of fee collection and submit the reports every day to the accounts team
- Create Class time tables and batches at the Center for enrolment of the students
- Fix the batches for the enrolled learners and ensure records of attendance
- Handle escalations/queries/enquiries that come to the center
- Solve Learner problems quickly and ensure retention of learners at the Center
- Ensure Capacity utilization of the Center as per the business plan
Team and administration
- Work to recruit a team of music teachers who will deliver the courses at the Center
- Maintain teacher records and decorum for the smooth functioning of the Center
- Manage the team of counselors/administration of the Center
- Build an ecosystem that enables timely curriculum dispensation as per the course design
- Handle assessments/tests and declare results
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Schedule regular parent-teacher meetings and manage the relationships smoothly
- Organize performances of students on various occasions and plan events for them
- Office admin and activity monitoring and execution
Financial
- Maintain all Financial and Legal records pertaining to the Center and share the relevant data with the Central team
- Keep Costs under check and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Ideal candidate
- Graduate / PG with an experience of heading/managing a center / School
- Strong administrative/organizing skills
- Counselling and customer orientation are a must
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving skills and solution-based approach
- Knowledge of Tamil, English & Hindi – other languages may be welcome
- Should be an extrovert with people management skills
