We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, providing engaging activities and educational opportunities, and supporting their physical, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
• Promote positive behavior and social skills through modeling and guidance
• Provide basic care and support for children, including feeding, diapering, and nap time
• Monitor and document children’s progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare center
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
