DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER – AUDIT
Job responsibilities:
- Work with AGM – School Support and have a deep understanding of the audit framework for schools (and teachers)
- Work with AGM – School Support and have a deep understanding of the audit framework for school heads. Define KRAs for school heads in consultation with school management
- Work with AGM – School Support and AGM – Training towards creating a PLC (Professional Learning Community) with all teachers through the JLearn platform
- Write high quality audit reports to support teachers, school heads and management for ongoing professional growth and culture
- Support lowest performing teachers with suitable training and hand-hold them on Jaipurian pedagogical elements
- Train internal team members on Operations Process framework for audit
- Work with AGM – Training and communicate the gap areas and plan for training accordingly (for both teachers and school heads)
- Work with Senior Manager – Data Analyst and create audit analytics and report for each school
- Maintain all forms pertaining to audit framework for smooth implementation of audit
- Manage relationship with external assessors and ensure payment is done on a regular basis
Key Performance Indicators:
- More than 90% of audits conducted as per plan
- No major error in teacher and school audit reports
- No delayed payment to external assessors
- All audit processes and reports delivered within agreed deadlines
Requirements:
- Desirable to have a master’s degree.
- Mix of language proficiency (verbal and written), deep pedagogical understanding, and subject specialisation.
- 8+ years of work experience; of which at least 2 years of relevant experience. At least 4 years of experience as a classroom teacher is mandatory.
- Desirable to have experience in Instructional Design.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders such as school promoters, school principals, academicians, trainers, teachers, and other solution providers.
- Organised and process driven, and ability to work across timelines and cross-functional teams.
- Team / Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to lead, inspire collaboration and empower team.
- Have strong project management skills.
- Have strong writing skills.
- Exhibits strong analytical mind with a flair to identify pedagogical gaps in classroom teaching.
