JOB PURPOSE

As part of various innovation projects, the team works on solutions that works across the interfaces such as e.g. Web, mobile app etc and support multiple services and use cases. These solutions are developed keeping the end users/consumers in mind. The role of Lead – Product management is to work on introducing new services and building new use cases. The role will enable services & use cases that are relevant and needed by the ecosystem. The role will support our customers to work on solutions that will help them in offering new services to the end users. The role helps in driving the tenet of being customer focus.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Services introduction

• Identifying new services
• Defining service flows and journeys

New use cases introduction

• Creating new use cases
• Developing and testing use cases

Requirement building and coordination with internal stakeholders

• Building requirement and coordinating internal teams including UI/UX design and development , tech development , marketing

Product roll out

• Testing the new service and use cases
• Reaching out to customers/consumers
• Analyzing and monitoring the roll out process

MAJOR CHALLENGES

Finalizing new use cases and services

Keeping track of project within timelines , considering dependence on multiple teams mainly for development

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

MBA + Technical qualification ( not mandatory)

Relevant and total years of Experience

3- 5 years, preference for candidates with prior experience in Retail payments / platform businesses
