Senior Business Analyst
The role will support Finance Service (FSO) – Performance Excellence team to help create method of works that drives report simplification and efficiency. This role will partner with the Technology team and will be responsible for monitoring, creating, and sending reports/dashboards related to Real-time Latency.
Provides complex analysis on large volumes of data to provide useful data, insights and reports for internal clients, supporting the build of data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems. In the Finance Business Operations team supporting all functional heads in producing the MDMs & KPIs for the FSO Team. Working for this team will challenge you to use your technical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills to identify outliers, errors and problems in a variety of process and data.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who will come in from day one and take a senior lead on our team. Your job is to understand requirements, work closely with stakeholders and partners to apply the most efficient methods in delivering. Be able to pick up new work items and operationalize it. You will need to have knowledge of major process and databases in Accounts Payable /Accounts receivable and Billing to Cash teams. Continuous learning the subject-domains relevant to business delivery teams supported. You should be able to articulate and communicate with technical and non-technical people.
