• Regular /Full Time Masters degree in Commerce preferably with any one of the following qualification – M.Phil/Ph.D/NET/SET
• Min 2 years of work experience in teaching at college
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster an inclusive classroom environment
• Passion for teaching and a student-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
