Job Description
As a Junior Education Counsellor at PTPL, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollment for our IT courses and promoting our placement assistance services to both college students and corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to guide prospective students and clients through the course offerings, address their inquiries, and help them make informed decisions that align with their career goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the institute and its reputation in the IT education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Student and Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential students and corporate clients, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about our IT courses and placement assistance services.
Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable courses based on individual student or client requirements, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of each offering.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about course curriculum, faculty, training methodologies, industry relevance, and placement track record to address student and client queries effectively.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process.
Follow-up and Follow-through: Proactively follow up with prospective students and clients through various communication channels, addressing concerns, and providing additional information as needed.
Enrollment Process: Assist students and clients with the enrollment process, including application submission, fee payment, documentation, and any necessary paperwork.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotional activities, ensuring a consistent brand message and optimized lead generation.
Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and enrollments, providing regular updates to the management team.
Post Enrollment Responsibility: Ensure the information regarding the classes are coordinated and communicated in advance with all the stakeholders. Ensure that the staff and students coordination are handled effectively.
Data Handling: Ensure that the initial contact, Follow Up, Follow Through and other data is updated in real time into the CRM and report to the superiors through the daily tracker regarding the day schedule with performance indicators.
Skills:-
Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, MBA Marketing)
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT Courses & the industry is a plus
Sales & Customer services experience is preferred
Ability to work in a Target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM & Office Software.
