Counsellor Cum Center Coordinator (Candidates from Local Areas are strictly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Career prospects, Data base calling and generating valid walks in’s
• Scrutinizing documents & enrolling eligible candidates
• To ensure maximum admissions
• Maintain accurate and complete students record
• Assist the center Manager with Industrial site visit, guest faculties, & in placements
• Need to engage in outreach efforts to create awareness about the courses
• Counsellor should provide support & guidance to enrolled students assisting with Registration, Orientation and addressing any concerns or challenges students may face during the training and they follow the rules & regulation of the center.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience total work: 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field (Preferred).
• Technical: Proficiency in basic M.S Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional: Effective communication and persuasive skills both written and verbal in English and Regional Language.
• Team Work: Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
