Role & Other Details :
- Team Leadership and Management:
- ● Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of sales representatives.
- ● Set clear performance objectives, track progress, and conduct regular
- performance reviews.
- ● Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and
- continuous improvement.
- ● Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve
- sales targets.
- ● Identify key market segments and target customers, aligning sales efforts with
- the organization’s goals.
- ● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify
- opportunities and optimize strategies.
- ● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product
- development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
3.Sales Performance and Target Achievement:
- ● Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- ● Monitor individual and team performance metrics, such as sales quotas,
- conversion rates, and pipeline management.
- ● Identify areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and implement
- strategies to address performance gaps.
- ● Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their highest potential, recognizing and
- rewarding individual and team achievements.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
- ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- ● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
- ● Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- ● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance the organization’s offerings.
5. Reporting and Communication:
- ● Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
- ● Conduct sales meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and
- facilitating training sessions.
- ● Communicate sales strategies, targets, and progress to the sales team, ensuring
- alignment and clarity.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- ● Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- ● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry or a related field.
- ● Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets.
- ● Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ● Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- ● Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
