Role & Other Details :

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
  • ● Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of sales representatives.
  • ● Set clear performance objectives, track progress, and conduct regular
  • performance reviews.
  • ● Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and
  • continuous improvement.
  • ● Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve
  • sales targets.
  • ● Identify key market segments and target customers, aligning sales efforts with
  • the organization’s goals.
  • ● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify
  • opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • ● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product
  • development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

3.Sales Performance and Target Achievement:

  • ● Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • ● Monitor individual and team performance metrics, such as sales quotas,
  • conversion rates, and pipeline management.
  • ● Identify areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and implement
  • strategies to address performance gaps.
  • ● Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their highest potential, recognizing and
  • rewarding individual and team achievements.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

  • ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • ● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • ● Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • ● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance the organization’s offerings.

5. Reporting and Communication:

  • ● Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
  • ● Conduct sales meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and
  • facilitating training sessions.
  • ● Communicate sales strategies, targets, and progress to the sales team, ensuring
  • alignment and clarity.

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • ● Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • ● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry or a related field.
  • ● Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets.
  • ● Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • ● Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • ● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
