Job Description
Role: Training Coordinator
Location: Head Office – Churchgate
Experience: 1 – 3 years
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA (depending on last drawn)
Roles & responsibilities
- Collating training plans and schedules, with L&D team members
- Co-ordinating with all trainers for reports / training material/ calendars and feedback
- Regular publishing of dashboards
- MIS development and communication for training purposes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Content library management
- Logistical arrangement if any for location specific training
- SPOC for Administrative & related activities for L&D team
- Managing internal learning platforms for batch creation and data collation
- Exploring and sharing ideas for making policies & processes for L&D
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Should be tech savvy and good at execution
3. Should be well versed with excel & power point
