Position: Training Manager
Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location: Bhopal
Work Days: 5 days a week – Monday to Friday (permanent night shifts)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (DLS changes applicable)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
- Identify training needs according to needs
- Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
- Hire & Manage Trainers
- Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers
- Manage and maintain training schedule
- Manage, Update and Maintain LMS ( Learning Management system )
- Manage, Rate and guide the trainees.
- Build quarterly and annual training program
- Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
- Encourage employees for training
- Create, Manage and maintain a proper schedule and Roadmap for trainings.
- Have a program announcement marketing strategy
- Prepare and deliver training courses
- Bring guest presenters if necessary
- Implement training KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
- Coordinate for Multiple technology, training
- Keeping status of all the trainings and trainees and report to management on daily / weekly basis .
Required Candidate profile:
- Minimum experience into training: 8+ years
- Must have good training management skills and experience in handling a large team.
- Should have good understanding in Technologies Preferably UI /Server side technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must have team management experience.
