Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for Visa Counselor.

Job Description for Visa Counselor:
Provide counselling services and information to students and parents on studying in

Canada and USA.

Guiding students about courses and universities available in USA, Canada ,UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Maintain all applicant files; coordinating the filing of transcripts, letters of

recommendations and test scores for applicants and prospective students

Preparing documents of the students for application to foreign Universities

Applying for students in top – notch foreign universities

Following up with the universities about admission updates and Offer Letters

Responsible for creation and maintenance of communication system at each stage of

application process (i.e. acknowledgment of materials received, items still needed,

admissions notification, reminders of deadlines, wait list status, etc.)

Prepares confirmed students’ files for transition to student records

Manages the documentation of application materials to paperless system (Update in CRM)

Candidate should have the following skills:
Fluent English Speaking and good Communication Skills

Computer Knowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Adobe)

Good typing speed (30 WPM) is also desired

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player

Ability to prepare student’s admission application to Foreign Universities (Training and Guidance will be provided by our team)
