Role & responsibilities

Role : Process Trainer- BPO Training

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

  • Help increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading-edge learning interventions
  • Conduct new hire training – Virtual & F2F
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training program.
  • Partner with Sales stakeholders in understanding business challenges and creating learning interventions that improve productivity
  • Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions
  • Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
  • Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
  • On the job coaching and feedback
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

  • The Trainer will work with the Sales Development leads to determine and create training and develop best practices related to changes in the process.
  • Need to have good presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 1 years experience as a process/sales trainer/ BPO Trainer.
  • Any graduation preferred. Experience or Education in Business Management is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication and team management skills
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline management
