1. Manage bank and cash reconciliation on a regular basis and raise queries for investigation where discrepancies are identified.

2. Day to day Accounting – Book keeping, Sale/Purchase / JV / Maintaining books of accounts.

3. verifying vendor invoices, and ensuring timely payments as per our pay cycle.

4. Maintain Payment Tracker for our payment cycle.

5. Pulling out vendors’ invoice from Dext.

6. AP and AR vouching as per the policies & procedures of the organization and entries in Accounting Software.

7. All Bank payments.

8. Management of the expense payment process.

9. Pulling out student fees data from Razorpay and Atom.

10. Raise invoices in xero as per school diary on monthly basis for all the centres.

11. Maintain fee collection report and questioned claims, compiling and evaluating data for monthly reports.

12. Ensuring all compliance are paid as per fiscal calendar for all reporting deadlines including PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, tax reporting.

13. Coordinating for TDS and GST with CA.

14. Ensuring GST and TDS Payments done before the deadline on a monthly basis.

15. Preparation of monthly closure.

16. Ensure all payments are done e.g. Reimbursements, Credit card payments etc.

17. Following up with Centre heads for Account receivable.

18. Monthly payroll processing.

19. Coordination with PRM’s and Teachers of different centres for student data and requirement to maintenance of schools.

20. Assisting in Audit queries during the audit process.

21. Maintaining all the files and folders related to Accounts.

22. Liaising with non -finance members of staff.

Must Have:

1. Education:

i) Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce

ii) MBA-Finance

iii) Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

2. Experience:

Min 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Executive
