Job Title: Sales Manager Sports Industry – Mumbai1.Relationship management and expansion for Top 25 Schools by state/city2.Project Management for the state/city (managing on ground AM/AE, agency RFPs and liasioning with digital team)3.Achieve Targeted registrations for the state/city4.Visit top 25 schools with AM/AEs for the state/city and drive maximum registrations from Top 50-75 schools5.Identify New schools/untapped schools6.Make sales calls to a wide variety of contacts which may include school principals, parent/teacher organizations, yearbook advisors, student groups, coaches, athletic directors or league sports administrators.7.Plan and execute schedules, dates, manpower requirement for Championships8.Manage state/city wide teams and develop relationships with Owners/Principals of Schools in the State9.Plan and execute Marketing strategies and events before the Championships10.Utilize and maintain a call and prospecting activity reporting using our CRM Systems11.Prospecting for Sponsorships Key Skills: Mandatory:1. Minimum of 8+ years of proven outside sales experience People Management2. Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals Strong persuasive skills, specifically related to maintaining existing business Strong organizational and time management skills3. Prior experience working in the Educational Arena
