Job description :-

Role and responsibilities:-

• Planning and preparing courses, lessons and activities in line with the curriculum. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE/ State/ ICSE preparation for Classes 11th to 12th.
• Coaching for Entrance/ Competitive Exams (JEE/ NEET).
• Be proactively involved in teaching students.
• Provide individualized instructions to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• Organise and participate in extracurricular activities like Science fairs, field trips, etc.
• Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil’s educational needs.
• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
• Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Masters degree in Physics/ Chemistry or related field with B.Ed.
• Proven experience as a Physics & Chemistry Teacher as well as coaching for Entrance Exams (JEE/ NEET).
• Excellent knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines.
• Strong and in-depth subject knowledge (Physics & Chemistry) and ability to handle class 11th & 12th students.
• Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
• Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
• Passionate and dynamic teachers are required willing to work in residential school system.
• Able to stay in school hostel with students, and to Work on studies as well as overall development of students.
• Should be willing to travel to Delhi (from Bihar), if required.

• Knowledge of basic computer, able to handle latest technological tools/ online classes.
• Can teach completely on activity based manner.
