Position Overview:
This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and accessibility testing of content. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, receive mentorship, and potentially secure a permanent position within our company upon completion of the traineeship.
Duration: 3 months
Compensation: 10,000 per month
Joining Bonus: Upon successful completion of the traineeship, candidates may be offered a permanent position with a joining bonus of 20,000.
Performance Review: A performance review will be conducted after the first 15 days.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and developers to understand the content and put it with in the LMS
– Conduct thorough accessibility testing of e-learning content and the LMS platform to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
– Identify and address accessibility issues, providing recommendations for improvements to ensure an inclusive learning experience.
– Work closely with the team to update and maintain course content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications:
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or a related field.
– Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools and software.
– Good acumen in using web-based tools.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is plus.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
