The Workforce Engagement Training Specialist develops and delivers tool, process, and professional skills training that enables enable HPE Services business objectives plus Enablement and Governance work culture initiatives.

What you’ll do:
Job Description :
The Workforce Engagement Training Specialist develops and delivers tool, process, and professional skills training that enables enable HPE Services business objectives plus Enablement and Governance work culture initiatives.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
1. Designs and develops fit-for-purpose, high quality training, and performance support materials.
Works with clients to identify scope and change impacts for the related tool or process changes.
- Drives awareness, understanding, readiness and adoption of new programs, initiatives, or tools.
- Develops meaningful training material, according to team standards and client needs.
- Reviews all developed training content for clarity and accuracy.
- Develops training assessment/evaluation criteria and forms.
2. Delivers Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions, live end-user training, virtual end user training, or video training packages as required.
- Supports client HPE Business as they deploy training to end-users.
- Supports transition of new training to business as usual state.
3. Partners with the overall Workforce Enablement team to apply a structured training and communications approach across delivery businesses.
4. Provides cross functional support for peer Workforce Engagement team members.
5. Partners with the broader Enablement Governance and HPE Services teams on training needs related to process enablement, change management, work culture and growth mindset initiatives.
6. Drives thought leadership and innovation.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Work with clients and peers to develop effective training strategies, plans, and deliverables for business needs.
- Develop or enhance effective training, documentation, and presentation materials.
- Participate in assessments of training strategies and help identify any gaps or risks.
- Apply verbal, visual and written presentation expertise help the team or organization develop clear, accurate, and engaging training or communications materials.

- Workforce Engagement Team peers
- Enablement and Governance members
- HPE Services members
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Collage (Bachelor’s) degree in the field of computer science, journalism, English, or communications.
- Work experience in the above fields.
Other requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English is critical
- Ability to study complicated things and explain/express them clearly
- Talent in showing ideas graphically (visual communication)
- Development/documentation of business processes a plus
Personal skills and qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills; proficient in English grammar
- Excellent persuasion and influence skills
- Eye for detail and attention to quality
- Proven ability to work and collaborate virtually
- Willingness to flexibly do some work outside of normal office hours as deliverables require.
- Ability to digest and summarize large volumes of content, and manipulate into effective training or communications content
- Willingness to learn to use applications such as Brainshark and Adobe Suite.
Technical skills:
- Development of combined audio/visual commutations material.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially SW Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with or aptitude for additional writing and presentation tools.
- Proficiency with or aptitude for video development and editing tools.
- Ability to generate awareness and demand though training and other written communications.
- Development of business processes
- Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Captivate a plus
