PHD in Management in relevant field (Preferably HR, Marketing and Finance),with Minimum 2 years of full –time Teaching and Research Experience (Preferably as Research Guide in a well know university )topped by some years of Industry Experience .
The candidate should be NET SET qualified with a First Class in Post graduation in relevant Field .
