Responsibilities:
– Developing and executing comprehensive learning strategies to support employee development and business goals.
– Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design targeted learning programs.
– Facilitating engaging training sessions and workshops that align with the company’s learning objectives.
– Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
– Implementing digital learning solutions and leveraging technology for efficient training delivery.
– Leading a team of L&D specialists, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
– Partnering with subject matter experts to curate content and resources for training programs.
– Overseeing onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition and acclimatization.
– Driving leadership development initiatives to nurture future leaders within the organization.
– Monitoring industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of learning programs.
– Collaborating with HR and talent management teams to integrate L&D initiatives into the overall talent strategy.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
– Proven experience of 4-6 years in L&D roles, preferably within the technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
– Sound knowledge of learning principles, training methodologies, and adult learning theory.
– Experience in developing and delivering a variety of training programs, including e-learning and blended learning approaches.
– Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions.
– Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
– Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes through learning initiatives.
– Certifications in L&D or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD) will be an advantage.
